We had an emergency maintenance issue with our washer and dishwasher flooding a lower apartment. The maintenance technician Shannon was very prompt and courteous. He took the time to make sure that our issue was resolved before departing. We Have lived here three years and this is hands down the best maintenance crew we have ever had! Thanks Again!
