Nestled in the vibrant city of Louisville, Kentucky, The Grove at Lyndon Apartments offers a pet-friendly haven for residents seeking a comfortable and inclusive living experience. Our community warmly welcomes up to two pets per resident, ensuring that furry companions are an integral part of the Grove family. Our spacious grounds and pet-friendly amenities provide ample room for pets to thrive. For residents on the second floor, there is a weight limit of 40 lbs. per pet at full maturity, with a maximum combined pet weight of 80 lbs., to help ensure a comfortable living experience for all.

In line with our commitment to creating a pet-friendly atmosphere, The Grove at Lyndon implements a reasonable pet rent of $35 per month for one pet and $50 per month for two pets, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of our pet-centric facilities. New pet additions are subject to a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second, reflecting our dedication to ensuring a clean and enjoyable environment for all residents. Our community stands out by allowing both cats and dogs without breed restrictions, further emphasizing our commitment to fostering a diverse and welcoming living space. While we celebrate the joy of pet ownership, it's important to note that all pets must be approved by our dedicated management team, with PRG reserving the right to approve or deny pet applications to prioritize the well-being and harmony of our community.
